Eynsham Baths
The Hideaway Bar
Take a seat in our tucked-away jewel within Eynsham Baths. Nestled between thermal rituals, The Hideaway Bar draws inspiration from the magical world that lies beneath the ocean. Blue plaster walls, marble details and a shell-encrusted chandelier. It’s a place to linger over botanical cocktails, restorative tonics and Ayurvedic smoothies.
Open Friday to Sunday.

The SOUTH TERRACE
The Airstream
Set within The South Terrace, our new polished Airstream brings a lighter and brighter way to dine on the estate this season. Expect seafood rolls and vibrant poke bowls layered with citrus, sesame and a touch of heat.

The MANOR GROUNDS
Redwood Lodge
Set within the manor grounds, Redwood Lodge brings South American dining to the estate every weekend. Expect black bream ceviche, blue corn tostadas with Estelle caviar, Asado beef ribs and spatchcock pollo a la Brasa.
With an outdoor screen showing the season’s biggest sporting moments, from the World Cup and Wimbledon to The Grand Prix and Commonwealth Games, it’s a relaxed spot for al fresco dining, drinks and afternoons in the sun.
Open weekends from 12pm – 7pm and for sporting events only (timings vary per screening).
